Shipping policy

AVLEN hand makes all product per order to avoid any unnecessary fabric waste therefore our dispatch lead times may be a little longer than expected. Please refer to our Delivery and Lead Time page for updates. AVLEN uses Royal Mail services for most orders that fit within weight and size limitations. Orders that exceed those limitations are sent via a courier. Depending on size of the parcel, AVLEN uses few other services; UPS, Parcelforce or Evri.
